π’ Chains & Multi-Location
Multi-Location & Franchise TV Management
One location is a workflow problem. Ten locations is a consistency problem: the promo that ran corporate-wide is missing in three venues, and nobody knows which TV in which store has been on the wrong channel since Thursday.
Game Day Control gives every location the same tools and gives you visibility across all of them β what each screen is showing, which players are online, and whether the promo actually ran.
What this fixes
Promos run differently at every location
Push the same playlist to every venue, with scheduled takeovers that start and end on the same day everywhere.
Support means driving to the store
Every player reports its status, and you can update, reboot, and read its logs from the web β most problems are solved from a phone.
Game day looks different at every venue
Channel changes and schedules are set per venue and per TV, so a Saturday rush at one location never disturbs another locationβs screens or the brand playlists running beside them.
You cannot see what is on the walls
A live view of every TV, with the channel and program each receiver is actually tuned to, so a wrong channel is caught before a guest mentions it.
How it works
- 1Roll out a player per venue β one command per device, then updates happen over the air.
- 2Build the brand playlist once and assign it to screens across locations.
- 3Let each venue handle its own game-day tuning and schedules.
- 4Watch status and logs centrally; update or reboot any player remotely.

Frequently asked questions
Can I manage TVs across multiple restaurant locations?+
Yes. Each location has its own displays, receivers, media, and subscription, and you switch between them from one login. The Corporate Dashboard lists every location with its details, subscription, and site contact β and you can invite one on-site user per location who only sees that venue.
Can corporate push the same promotion to every location?+
Yes. Assign a playlist to screens at any number of venues and use a timed takeover so a limited-time promotion starts and ends on schedule everywhere at once.
How do I support a location without driving there?+
Players report status and stream their recent logs to the dashboard, and you can push software updates or reboot a player remotely β most issues are diagnosed and fixed from a phone.
How does pricing work for multiple locations?+
Each location carries its own subscription starting at $19.99 per month, and each new location gets its own 14-day free trial. They all live under one account with a single card on file, so you add or remove locations without starting over.
